Who we are
Our website address is: https://aiore.ca.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments on the site we pretty well ignore and delete it because it is usually spam. If you want to talk to us there is a phone number and contact form, use it.
We don’t pay attention to users of this site but the services we use might. You should pay attention to cookies. Who knew baking could be so detrimental to your well being. Apparently the EU thinks so.
Your Information personal or otherwise
We might remind you that you visited our site through cookies or other forms of tracking but that is just to remind you that you liked us at a certain point. If you don’t anymore that is OK. Clear your cookies and the software we use to follow you around will stop doing that. We don’t buy and sell your information. Like who would do that? If you don’t want to hear from us, we will do our best to give you a way for that to stop. I don’t know why you would stop because were awesome, but people have their reasons.
Who we share your data with
No one. Really. Not intentionally anyways. If you are paranoid about this stuff then you probably should look into how to block this kind of thing. I personally can’t be bothered.
How long we retain your data
If you are a client we keep what we know about you forever unless you explicitly ask for us to get rid of it. We might still keep it if you ask because it’s the law or something but you can’t really get around that. If you are a random visitor, please see the above and know that we really care to follow you around as much as you like to follow us. I mean, who has time for that?
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. <<<< What the legalese said
Where we send your data
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service, but in reality we either don’t let you leave comments, delete it automatically (because our clients speak to us directly and that is all we really care about), or generally don’t care. Really, apathy is on your side here.
Your contact information
If we have your contact information we will try to continue to be your friend, co-worker, supplier or customer until the day we die. Otherwise we don’t share your stuff with people who didn’t earn it like we did.
Do i really have to consult a lawyer? I have a business to run
How we protect your data
The best we can as passively as we can. We implemented security on this site to block Russians, North Koreans and other deplorables but there is only so much we can do. Not that all russians and north koreans are bad. It just seems like people who want to hack our site seem to mostly come from there. Thats what our security software tells us anyways. It might just be the crazy cat lady next door.
What data breach procedures we have in place
Shut it all down. Delete. Reinstall. Let you know ASAP if there is actually a need for that.
What third parties we receive data from
The usual. If you have actually gotten this far in this page you know who they are and I don’t have to educate you anymore than you already are.
What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data
Industry regulatory disclosure requirements
