In January 2016 Alan Fiore, our owner, decided to form Aiore Home Improvement INC, with the goal of providing end to end service to property management companies in unit turnovers. He took what his experience taught him worked best for property administrators in Ottawa, and applied it to this new business model: Establish property standards, define processes and ultimately reduce vacancies. We have grown into a team of experts in areas that matter the most to property managers and administrators: quick turnovers, reliability in quality and costs. We have developed tools to facilitate the unit service and renovations for rentals such as online ordering and reporting, and the establishment of standards to control costs and reduce the recurrence of service requests from investment property tenants.
